As we approach the end of the year and the busy festive season, we wanted to let you know about our upcoming ordering, delivery and office hours.
To ensure you have sufficient supplies during the busy December period and throughout our closure times, we encourage early planning and ordering to meet your requirements.
The last order date for delivery before the festive period is Tuesday 23rd December 2025* before 6pm, but ordering earlier is highly recommended. Orders placed on this day will be delivered on Wednesday 24th December 2025.
Orders placed on Wednesday 24th December 2025, or over the festive period, will be delivered on Monday 5th January 2026.
All Banner offices will close at 5pm on Wednesday 24th December 2025 and reopen at 8:30am on Friday 2nd January 2026 (Monday 5th in Scotland).
At the beginning of January, we anticipate high order volumes across our warehouses. We are committed to managing this demand and will allocate additional resources to ensure efficient processing. To help streamline operations, we kindly request that orders be submitted throughout the day as feasible.
