The Challenge
The customer faced a pressing requirement for high volumes of print consumables, including toners, which needed to be delivered to multiple locations within a three-week period. Due to the scale of the requirement, sourcing stock and distributing it quickly and securely across a complex network of sites proved a major challenge.
In addition to this, the customer needed a cost-effective and compliant procurement process to ensure that public sector standards were met while avoiding delays or overspend.
The Solution

Through close collaboration and proactive supplier engagement, Banner were able to source the required stock, bring it into Banner’s central warehouse, and then dispatch the items to customer sites within 24 hours of receipt.
The deliveries were handled by our in-house logistics network, Truline, which is licensed to access high-security government locations, ensuring complete coverage and compliance. By using the CCS RM6299 framework, the process was delivered through a fully compliant route to market.
