The Richmond Fellowship Scotland

Banner (previously Supplies Team) were supplying us a limited range of products until August 2013, when they were awarded the full contract to supply all our stationery, facilities and janitorial requirements.

This followed an extensive tendering procedure in which they came out as the clear front runner. The financial considerations were obviously a huge factor especially in the economic climate, however, it was also very apparent that they were able to successfully manage the logistics of a large, multi-sited organisation.

The implementation of the new contract was a seamless process and the whole contract continues to be managed with great attention to detail and to a very high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending Banner as a supplier which can be trusted to provide a quality service at a very competitive price.

Kind regards,
